AssignMate connects clients who need handwritten documents, presentation design, formatting or technical help with independent student freelancers called Mates. Our team reviews Mate applications and coordinates matching; availability depends on the task, deadline and service area.

A clearer way to get work done

• Clients share a brief, references, deadline and budget through the request form, then complete payment through Razorpay.
• Mates apply with their skills and sample work. Approved Mates can review offers before accepting them.
• Task chat, submissions, revision feedback and status updates help both sides follow progress.
• Clients review the work before approving completion. Mates request eligible payouts, which are processed manually by the admin.

Nearby help for physical work

For campus handoffs and local delivery, clients provide their city, area, campus and delivery preferences. Mate service areas and availability help our team recommend suitable nearby matches. Coverage is not guaranteed in every location.

A client-generated six-digit code confirms physical receipt. It does not approve the work or transfer money; final client approval is a separate step.

Support when plans change

Tasks that pass their unfinished-work deadline need admin review. Clients can cancel eligible tasks before work starts or request cancellation after work begins. Eligible refunds are issued manually and recorded with a transaction reference.
